Welcome to 555Tools ("this Platform"). By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use this Platform.
2. Service Description
555Tools is an online toolset for FPGA and algorithm engineers, providing state-machine & RTL generation, timing-diagram drawing, FIFO/CDC clock-domain-crossing analysis, SDC constraint generation, pipeline and setup/hold checking, and ISP image-processing algorithms. All tools run locally in your browser; your data is never uploaded to any server.
3. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform's tools for personal or non-commercial purposes. This license does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
4. Prohibited Activities
You shall not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, crack, or bypass any security measures of the Platform; (c) use automated tools (such as crawlers or spiders) to bulk access the Service; (d) distribute malware or harmful code; (e) interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform or other users' experience.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of this Platform are owned by 555Tools or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer
Tool results provided by this Platform are for reference only and do not constitute professional engineering advice. Final decisions regarding FPGA design, circuit design, and firmware development must be reviewed and verified by licensed professional engineers. This Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance via a website announcement.
